We all like a good party, don't we?
Often, we lack the know-how of what it takes to throw and excellent, magnificent, Supercallafrajalistic Expialadocious (or insert any other adjective synonymous to breathtaking) event.
Unfortunately, there aren't many sources for education in this field with merely two organizations and two magazines worth attention.
In that spirit, I have started this blog as a professional in the field of Catering who is himself learning more by the day and has a strong desire of reinventing this biz someday. Whatever you do, leave a signature behind!
